What an Odoo implementation partner does
An Odoo implementation partner designs how your accounting, sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing and HR processes run in Odoo, configures the apps and localisation, migrates data, builds the integrations and custom modules you need, and trains your team. Techvaria takes a finance-and-inventory rollout live in 8 to 12 weeks and a manufacturing rollout in 12 to 20 weeks. Every project is quoted after a fit-gap study; the Odoo subscription is separate.

Our method
- Fit-gap, weeks 1 to 3: each process walked through in a standard Odoo database; gaps listed with a fix: configure, Studio or custom module.
- Design sign-off: a solution document and fixed price for the build.
- Build and migrate: configuration in a staging database; two data loads.
- Test and train: user acceptance testing on your data; role-based training.
- Go-live and hypercare: 12 weeks of support, then an Odoo support plan or Success Pack.
Edition and hosting
Odoo Online for standard processes; Odoo.sh or on-premise when you need custom modules or full control. We recommend the plan and hosting before you subscribe.
